Soleterre promotes and supports the social and labor integration of migrant citizens in Italy through training opportunities, support for work and offering psychological and legal support.
The economic crisis has had a considerable impact on the labor market and even foreign citizens who work in Italy have been affected, being employed in the most precarious sectors. This has increased the condition of vulnerability of foreigners in Italy, both economically and socially.
After the success of the pilot phase of the project, the purpose of Work4Integration is to increase the chances of job inclusion and improve the working conditions of women, men and young migrants, and to sensitize companies on these issues.
Among the services offered to the beneficiaries of the project there are counseling and psycho-social and legal support, job search orientation, training paths and job placement.
